Billing Issues

We continue to work through our billing issues and the most recurring problem involves Associates that were double billed.  The number is fairly small but please check your credit card statements and if you were billed at the end of the month and then again at the beginning of the month, let me know.  We can refund that amount or extend your dues for an additional month.

Your patience is appreciated as we work through these types of problems.

    Hi Mike, I was billed twice in February and they told me that I wouldn’t be billed in March.
